Mu-Sen Liu is a Senior Scientist II in the Tango Therapeutics Biochemistry team. This team is responsible for enabling drug discovery at Tango through protein production, assay development, compound screening and structural biology. Mu-Sen specializes in the areas of biochemistry and enzymology, applying diverse assay platforms—including luminescence-coupled systems, TR-FRET, and mass spectrometry (MS)—to support structure–activity relationship (SAR) exploration and enable data-driven decision-making for early-stage drug discovery at Tango.
